What is prohibited?
It is unlawful for a sponsor of a registered apprenticeship to discriminate against an applicant or apprentice on any of the protected bases listed above. This protection covers recruitment and selection; job assignments; wages and benefits; training; discipline; and all other terms and conditions of apprenticeship.
How to file an EEO discrimination complaint (29 CFR 30.14)
- Deadline: Within 300 days of the alleged discrimination.
- What to include: Your name and contact information, the program/sponsor you are complaining about, a description of what happened (including dates), and your signature.
